Fast Feud by Browseology

This or That: it is an age old question that pertains to people, ideas, sports teams, and so on. FastFeud.com allows users to quickly create match ups that can then be shared virally through Facebook (using Facebook Connect) and Twitter. The experience is visual, exciting and fast-paced - allowing users to rapidly interact with numerous feuds.

Each match up includes a question, two contestants and images. Users are then encouraged to vote on the match up - on FastFeud.com, Facebook and Twitter. Votes are collected and winners are presented.

When shared via Facebook, users are able to post the match up and images of the two contestants directly into their Facebook feeds. When shared via Twitter, users are able to promote their match up and voting preference to their Twitter following.

Looking from the technological point of view, the project does not want to reinvent the wheel. Will be integrated preexistent platforms divided as: Content (Digg.com), Media (Flickr and Youtube), Calendar (systems like Google Calendar and Yahoo UpComing), oAuth for users’ register, OpenSocial Platform (Google), Maps and systems of microblog (Twitter).
That is lot of Mashups in a model based on WOA. :-)

What's annoying us? by the_annoyers

The project objective is to build a place where people can tell what most annoy them where they live.
For example a high theft incidence in their neighborhood, crowded bus in their city, lots of holes in a street, scarce of hospitals and so on.
With this kind of information in hands we will show in a world map a high level vision of the biggest claimmed problems.
Entering in the detail of each country throw the map, we can analyse their biggest problems, the applicants complains in a city/state and the satisfaction of people in a determined region. Maybe some politicians take a look of them =D
The users can comment others people complains.
We can even make a rank of the problems, tag clouds and whatever comes in our minds (and what the time let us do)
